  Multiple issues with this store, however, the older woman who works there who feels it is her place to be condescending and lectured me on how I wear the ring I was having repaired was just ridiculous. Also rolled her eyes and made rude comments to me and told me how lucky I was that they were "still there" when I showed up at 6 minutes before 5pm to pick up my ring. She said "we were locking up!" Even though I called first, I still got scolded. Thanks, mom, maybe you should stay put until 5 if you tell someone you are there until 5. Oh, and I paid for the repair of over $100 on my ring that they were suppose to call me first to let me now what the estimate to fix it was but they took it upon themselves to fix it without calling. I will never go in there again. That woman has got to be hurting business. She doesn't have any manners, can't smile, can't greet customers properly or thank them for their business. Sad excuse of a woman. Gave them one star because my ring looks nice. Mr. Hinman himself was in the back, he is usually pleasant, but there was no chance to speak to him as that woman was guarding his interaction with customers like a pit bull.
