  In the past year this is what I have experienced: They look up the patient by birth date which they have wrong in their computer system. They say each time that they will fix it. So every time I go it's a hassle to find the rx. Customer service does not hide the fact that they are irritated with you. 2/3/18 9:30 am. The automated refill system does not work all the time. When you go to pick up your refill that you called in and it's not ready, it's over an hour wait. 'They are not willing to call you when it is ready. My doctors office called in a script when I was right there. Walmart said they did not get a phone call and were not willing to give the doctors office a call to fill it while I was there. Needless to say I'm sure the reasons above is whey the customer service is lacking. I have to get a certain medication at Walmart. But it won't be this Walmart.
